Wild Zone Stays began in 2022, founded by two friends, Isahak pareeth and Hassan Basari, with a clear vision – to offer peaceful and private stays in the heart of Munnar.
The journey started with a four-room private villa, focused on comfort, calm, and personal space. With growing trust from our guests, Wildzone expanded step by step. A six-room private pool villa was launched next, followed by a beautiful private holiday home, and later a private farm stay, surrounded by nature.

At Wild Zone Stays, we strongly believe in privacy and quality service. That is why all our properties are private villas, designed for families, friends, and groups who value quiet time and personal space.

Today, Wild Zone Stays proudly owns the highest number of private villas in Munnar. We are also proud to introduce Munnar’s first private infinity pool villa, offering a truly special stay experience.

Adding to this milestone, we now have a three-room private property at Top Station Viewpoint, one of the main and most scenic viewpoints of Munnar, known for its breath taking views.

Continuing its journey, Wild Zone Stays has introduced a scenic tent camp experience at Top Station Viewpoint, located at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters (5,500 feet) above sea level.
